How Do I Find My Size?

Single product size charts can be found on product pages. You can also check the size guide page to learn more. If you find a product without size guide, please start an online chat with our support team or email us at contact us page.

Exchange Rates

Your order total is guaranteed at the exchange rate set when your order is placed. Foreign exchange rates are based on interbank rates of exchange.

Duties & Taxes

International taxes, tariffs and value-added tax (VAT) will be calculated into your final order total at checkout. Duty, customs, tariffs and VAT are set by the destination country. They are based on the purchased merchandise’s country of origin or manufacturing and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system used by the countries. The amount of applicable duty, tariffs, taxes and VAT will vary by country.

Shipping Options

We’re excited to offer flat-rate shipping to our international destinations. Pricing and options will be provided during checkout.

Payment Methods

Available options for your destination will be presented at checkout. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. Credit cards will be charged when your items are shipped.

When Will I Get My Refund?

You will get your refund once the item(s) have been processed. You will be refunded to your original payment method. International post can take long, so please allow up to 30 days before contacting us.

How Do I Return An Order?

Simply return your item(s) using your local postal service; you’ll need to pay the postage. Please complete the returns form, mark your parcel “returned goods” (or it may get held up at customs and cause your refund to be delayed) and send the original packaging to sender shipping address.

These products are non-returnable:

Electrical goods, lighting, mirrors, duvets, pillows, footwear, swimwear, earrings, underwear, hosiery, gift cards, toiletries, made-to-measure or personalized items, plants, single-use carrier bags, and any products with a seal where the seal is broken. Some of these items may have their own terms and conditions, which will be provided at the time of purchase.

Can I Amend An Order?

Billing address

You can change your billing address before shipping. After shipment of your order, we are unable to make any amends to your order.

Delivery address/date/method

You can change your delivery address, your nominated day delivery date and/or your delivery method before shipping of your order. Please contact customer services who will be able to do this for you. After shipment of the order, we are unable to make any amends to your order.

All other amends

Unfortunately, once you’ve placed your order, we are unable to make any other amends. This means we cannot change your payment details or the quantity, size or color of the item you’ve ordered.

You can however cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. To find out more information, please contact online customer service or send us a message view the contact us page.

Can I Cancel An Order?

Made a mistake or ordered the wrong thing? Don’t panic. You can cancel your order within 72 hours of placing it then reorder. If 72 hours have passed, you can return most unwanted items to us for a refund once you receive them.

If you placed your order within the last 30 minutes, you will be able to cancel your order following the below steps. If you placed your order more than 30 minutes ago, it will depend on the dispatch status. Please follow the below steps to check if your order can be cancelled. Unfortunately, if the option to cancel is not presented to you then neither you nor customer services will be able to cancel the order.

Are The Packages Safe To Deliver From China?

All of our packages and warehouses are rigorously disinfected several times daily using hospital standards. Our employees also get daily checkups by medical professionals. So your packages are totally safe.
