SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICIES

Shipping Policies

  1. PROESSING TIME: Items will be shipped within 1-7 days after we verify your payment.
  2. Please make sure that your order address MUST MATCH your shipping address.
  3. DIFFERENT BATCHES: Different product purchased at our store will be delivered in different batches, but all within 60 days, please understand that.
  4. FREE SHIPPING: We offer Epacket and Seller’s shipping methods such as China Post Air Mail, Cainiao as shown on the item page accordingly. Normally, it takes 15-30 days for arrival by Epacket, and takes 30-60 days by the other ways. Only Epacket is trackable for delivery.
  5. If you have NOT RECEIVED your parcels 60 days after payment, please contact us immediately.
  6. SERVICE TRANSIT TIME is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit times may vary, particularly during the holiday season or in bad weather.
  7. The buyer should be responsible for any imported tax and duty charged by their country. (Kindly Notice: if you come from Russia, Spain, Brazil or Italy, it`ll take several days to go through the customs and sometimes you may pay the tax.)

 

Returns Policies

  1. Only defective product will be offered exchange.
  2. Defective products must be returned within 30 days from the date you place your order.
  3. Please contact us in 3 days after receiving the items. The buyer should be responsible for further shipping charge。

 

Refund Policies

1.If you want full refund, you need to contact us before the product is shipped.

  1. No refund once the product is shipped; expect that you still do not receive the product 60 days after the day of payment.
